I am planning to design some Eurorack synthesizer mudules. Since the PSU part is basically the same everytime, I decided to make an adapter that will fit on a breadboard and will take standard -12V and +12V from a Eurorack power supply. I basically made the PSU part of this schematic (page 3) and added two LEDs to have some visual feedback of the PSU status.
