I am planning to design some [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eurorack Eurorack] synthesizer mudules. Since the PSU part is basically the same everytime, I decided to make an adapter that will fit on a breadboard and will take standard -12V and +12V from a Eurorack power supply. I basically made the PSU part of [https://mutable-instruments.net/modules/ears/downloads/ears_v40.pdf this schematic] (page 3) and added two LEDs to have some visual feedback of the PSU status. Green is +12V and red is -12V.
