Dog
Dog is a chess-program. It runs on an ESP32 microcontroller. It has an NNUE neural network, an opening book, smart algorithms and datastructures and a sympathetic Dog as its name-giver.
Its elo-rating is around 2400 elo.
A microcontroller is/can be very small. In the photo below you see it laying next to a 14" VT510 terminal (a monitor from a distant past).
Click on a photo to see it in full size.
