This is a small-ish project to hookup a ESP with WS2812 ledstrip to a optocoupler interfaced with a hdd-led connection on a motherboard.
- Tiny video showing it switching between two colormodes
- A longer video in near complete darkness :)
- Then this must be the drunk video
Components
- wemos d1 mini (i actually used a wemos d1 pro, but there's no need for this)
- optocoupler MCT2E
- piece of WS2812 ledstrip
- molex connector for 5V from PSU
