Description
We've got 2 of those and they're pc-like thin-clients.
Specs
- CPU: Cyrix MediaGX with MMX @ 233 MHz (x86 compatible)
- RAM: 1x normal SDRAM slot (up to 128MB) and 1 SODIMM slot
- Slot for Disk on Chip
- Shared PCI/ISA slot (PCI tends to get in the way of RAM)
- IDE (people reported problems with using both master and slave)
Links
Todo
- Test the hardware (memtest)
- Add some storage for OS
- Put in some more RAM (whilst finding out if it can use both SODIMM and SD-RAM DIMM at the same time)
According to this link it supports SD-RAM DIMM up to 128MB.
- Install a useful OS
- Connect one to the plotter and find/write some software to plot stuff
