Printserver is available at http://10.208.1.19/ or http://http://nurds3d.lan.nurd.space/.
We try to keep an array of working printers connected to this server.
Current printers:
- Ultimaker Original (3mm)
- Ultimaker Original + (3mm)
- Creality Ender-3 V2 (1.75mm)
Limitations:
- Ultimaker Original (+) are prone to heat-creep with the combination of higher temperature filaments, frequent retractions/low-flow conditions.
Upgrade plans:
- Replace hotend in Ultimaker Original (+) with E3DV6
- Replace Ultimaker extruders with E3D
IMPORTANT NOTE: both Ultimakers have custom firmware because pins were not working and a pinswap in the firmware was necessary.
- Ultimaker Original: Y-axis (IIRC) step and dir swapped to spare driver position.
- Ultimaker Original +: cooling fan was not working properly. swapped with pwm-output of LEDs. Hopefully fixed soon by replacing transistor.
We recommend using PrusaSlic3r to convert STL to gcode, then upload gcode to the appropriate printer on the server and print. Printer profiles to follow ...
