These are helium miners. As helium is no longer a thing, they can be nicely repurposed.
In the inside you'll find a raspberry pi(!), a wifi- and a bluetooth dongle.
- Pi CM3 Lite compute module, with 32GB(?) eMMC module in microSD slot
- power supply from PoE or "9-16V DC @ 15W" barrel jack
- lorawan module (useless for meshcore afaik), with ipex/U.FL plug for outdoor antenna
- BT and wifi modules on internal usb hub
- Ethernet port on mainboard (with PoE support)
- 3 minipcie slots (once the lorawan module is removed) - one wired for USB, two for SPI. The USB-wired one also has a SIM card slot.
Unfortunately the annotations for WiFi and BT are swapped on the following image:
Plugging this device in a laptop does not yield into a mountable block device.
