What
We are all familiar with Ebay and here in the Netherlands we have Marktplaats, but sometimes your're hunting for stuff and these sites are not sufficient. This is why The_Niz started this list. And also because he just likes lists, lists are the best.

Schengen and European Union Customs Union
With bigger buys, it makes sense to restrict yourself to countries in the Schengen Area and/or the European Union Custums Union in order to avoid costs and delays in customs.
