Brioche
Somewhat misinterpreted brioche version ;)
Program 5, set to 750gr bread;
- add 200ml water (milk for even better flavor, or add ~15grams of milk powder)
- add 40gr butter (melt it before adding!)
- add 1 egg
- add 1 egg yolk
- add 5 grams salt
- add 60 grams sugar
- add 400 grams flour
- add 4 grams dry active yeast
Put on dark , 03h26m , brush remainder of the second egg on top in the last 30 minutes or so.

Program 10, 1000gr
- add 310ml water (warm! ~27C)
- add 56 grams oil
